What to Expect
While each process is unique to the individual, here's a standard approach.
Format:

Sessions are held virtually via video or phone call.

Sessions typically last between a 6–8 week or 12–16 week process.

Use reflection, mindfulness, and somatic inquiry to understand how these patterns formed, what they protect, and how they show up today.

Build an intentional daily or weekly practice to stay conscious of these patterns as they arise in your life.
